Lean Out
Discover a version of eat well and exercise that makes you think I can do this.
One of the reasons many of us fail when we try a healthy living or weight loss program is that it’s more than we’re ready to do. It asks for a level of commitment that a seasoned monk would have a hard time achieving.
For many of us, the distance between fills the fridge every Sunday with perfectly balanced meals in matching Tupperware, and how we eat now is a bridge too far.

This video below is the 2 minute version of what Lean Out hopes to achieve: helping you find the point where “what I’m willing to do” matches with “what I want to achieve.”
The Lean Out program has two components:
The first is an 8 week healthier living program where you adopt a new habit each week; and the second is a framework to create a custom program for yourself, where you hand-pick what, when and how much of those 8 habits you’ll adopt going forward.
Here’s an excerpt from the Lean Out introduction:

The intention of Lean Out is that the habits are in the realm of ‘ya, I can do this‘. The reality for most of us (me included), is that ‘ya, I can do this‘ for a short-term program is not the same as ‘ya, I can do this‘ for the rest of my life. This is the reason Lean Out includes a framework to create a custom program for yourself. It’s a way for you to pick and personalize habits that you want to keep following.
Here’s what our clients have to say about Lean Out:
“Your challenge was reasonable in its expectations, inspiring in its content, and successful in its goal to get me lean(er). I have new habits which I’m sure will continue, because they’re easy. I’m optimistic because none of them killed me to do. I never felt like I had to deny myself. If I was hungry, I ate. I just ate different things, healthier things. More vegetables, more protein. I exercised. I drank water. I slept. Nothing crazy. But so effective. I’ve had such great results. (Not that I’m counting, but I lost almost 20 pounds!) Most importantly, I’m feeling more like my old self. I’m planning on playing tennis this summer, finally!” – Mary
“I so enjoyed the program, the process, the results, and the lingering satisfaction of having permanently adopted several new life habits” – Jennifer
“Unbelievable!! Thanks so much for your help. It’s been really exciting fitting into clothes that I’ve missed wearing and given these results, it really impresses upon me how changing a few habits can really impact your body. The before and after photos are striking! The photo of the back is by far the most impressive but I can see changes from all of the angles.” – Vanessa
“Thank you for a great 8 weeks. I reached my goal and would like to keep going to see what will happen. Today I had lunch at an indian buffet, and I was surprised to not feel a craving for seconds (or thirds).” – Louis
“Thank you for offering such a great program…..well for me more a new found
‘way of life’. I especially liked the indulgences part; it made me think about what I am eating and it allowed me to enjoy some of my weakness in a planned way.” – Shanta
“I started on this new lifestyle in early January and have stuck with it since. I feel better, lighter and it’s less of a struggle to make the healthier choices now – they’ve just become habit.” – Jennifer
“It’s a miracle. 2.5 inches off the waist and 3 inches off the hips. This would explain why the dress zipped up so easily last week : ) I am completely flabbergasted. You clearly have a very good program here!!! Again, more work remains to be done in my case but this is very promising indeed. I hope to build on this success by continuing on with the eight habits :)” – Catherine
Still thinking about it, but not sure this is for you?
You can download it today without paying, take 2 weeks to read it, try it out and generally decide if it’s worth the $36 (Canadian) price tag. In 2 weeks, you’ll receive an email with a link to pay for it. If you decided it’s what you wanted, then click the link and pay. If you decide that it’s not what you wanted, don’t click the link and don’t pay. That’s it.
Here’s why I’m trying this peruse before you pay approach: With physical books, you get to go to the book store and spend some time flipping through the book to see if it’s actually what you want, and if, by your measure, it’s worth the price. I think that’s an important part of the buying process, and so I’ve decided to provide that for my ebooks.
My goal with Lean Out is to help people find an approach to improving your health in a way that you can actually do, so that you’ll benefit from it. If it turns out this program doesn’t provide that for you, then I’d rather you get your money back so you can find something else that does.
If you have questions, send me an email via the Custom Strength contact form and me or my team will answer as best we can.
